To help ensure that each resident is prepared for our crews, we provide three stages of posted notification. We strive to clearly communicate our objectives and our projected timeline for implementation, as this is the foundation of a successful project.

Empire's dedicated, full-service office staff is trained to quickly handle any concerns or questions, thus removing this responsibility from the Board of Directors and the management company. In addition, our bilingual Crew Leaders are on the property at all times and can be reached immediately via cellular telephone. In addition, each crew is uniformed with shirts that identify them as Empire employees.

We know that choosing colors is one of the trickiest parts of the project. To help narrow down the choices, we provide digital photo imaging. We will also paint several samples on the unit of your choice so that the Board can see exactly how the colors will look. In addition, we can arrange a color consultation with a professional who will facilitate the process. All of this is provided as part of our bid package.
