Our teams are handpicked from a pool of talented, experienced professionals according to the individual needs of each project.

Each team consists of the following:

• Senior Management - Responsible for all aspects of staffing, project development, and growth.
• Account Executive - Responsible for generating new clients, presenting proposals, client communication and project specific customer service.
• Superintendent - Responsible for all production and estimating.
• Foreman - Provides project specific supervision for the entire crew. Our Foreman average 10 years of painting experience and have excellent communication skills.
• Lead Painters
• Journeyman Painters
• Prep Painters

Crew Leader

• Responsible for managing a crew on-site.
• Operating spray equipment.
• Work with clients to ensure satisfaction.
• English and Spanish language skills are a must.

Painters

• Responsible for reliably completing projects under Crew Leader's direction.
• Training program available.
• Quick advancement to Crew Leader for our most reliable, dedicated painters.
