Customer Service

At Empire Community Painting, we take pride in our prompt response to client concerns. Whenever an issue is raised by a current or past client we respond rapidly and aggressively to resolve the problem. We are dedicated to making sure that our clients are delighted by our level of customer service.

Empire proactively manages client expectations. We do not rely on our clients to understand every aspect of the project from a technological standpoint nor do we expect clients to stay on top of the project's progress. Clients can rely on our Project Managers to initiate all contacts and to inform them when any important issues arise.

You Know What We Know

We believe that our clients should know everything that is happening behind our doors. There should be no mystery about the time spent and cost incurred at every stage of a project's life cycle. In addition, we are committed to proactively collaborating and communicating with our clients at all stages of a project's development to ensure that we are always on the same page.

  • Regularly updated phase progress reports are available to clients at any time.
  • Project timelines and progress will be updated regularly and made available to clients.
  • Project tradeoffs such as scope, time and cost will be regularly evaluated with the client throughout the project's life cycle.
  • Any changes in the project's timeline will be brought to the client's immediate attention.
  • All decisions will be made in collaboration with client. We assume that every detail is important to the client and do not try to second-guess the client's objectives or business processes.
