Tenant Care

 We handle all tenant notification regarding each aspect of the job:

• Start date for their phase or unit.
• Projected date to commence power washing. We want to make sure each window and door is closed.
• Projected date to commence preparation and painting.
• Offering each resident several times when we will be available to paint their entry doors.

 We pride ourselves on putting your tenants' concerns high on our priority list:

• Protecting landscaping.
• Covering patio furniture and BBQs.
• Careful attending to parking areas with minimal interruptions to residents.
• Using caution around satellite dishes to avoid misalignment.

Our staff is fully uniformed, courteous and professional. Each project will be assigned an English-speaking Foreman who can be easily reached throughout the day with any questions or concerns.
