EmpireWorks provides professional Reconstruction, Painting and Construction Defect services for Homeowners Associations, Multifamily, Property Managers, Building Owners and Cap-Ex Managers throughout Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Nevada and Texas.
EmpireWorks cares deeply about each of our customers and our projects. For this reason we hire the most talented craftsmen to work on our crews. We have a clear bonus system that rewards productivity and quality. Each crew is thoroughly supervised by an on-the-job Foreman who has many prideful years in the industry. In addition, each and every client has a dedicated Account Executive as THE go-to person for any and all project needs. Our Account Executives interface seamlessly with our production team, our clients, and the people living in each community we work on.

Safe work practices protect everyone involved in the painting and/or reconstruction project: each crew member, resident, property manager, and board member alike. Safety is of the upmost importance to us which is why we implement safety in our daily routine here at EmpireWorks, which undoubtedly separates us from many other contractors.
EPA Lead-Safe Certification
Federal and State law requires that contractors performing renovation, repair, and painting projects that disturb more than 20 square feet of exterior paint surfaces in homes, buildings, and structures built before 1978 must be certified and trained to follow specific work practices to prevent lead contamination.
Protect your residents and make sure you only hire a contractor who is in a Lead-Safe Certified Firm. Complete OSHA Compliance
EmpireWorks actively strives to meet and exceed all OSHA requirements for multi-family property painting and construction with frequent job site safety meetings, the use of harnesses while working on roofs, and comprehensive reporting of injuries and illnesses.
Regular Safety Meetings
Safety seminars are an essential part of the training every crew member must undergo: our specialized and dedicated safety director ensures safety on a daily basis, safety meetings are held division wide on a monthly basis, and our foremen hold safety meetings with their crew every week. We have more safety meetings than OSHA requires!
Our Comprehensive Safety Manual
At EmpireWorks we do more than just talk about safety, we implement it. All employees must receive, review, and constantly heed our comprehensive safety manual.
