Jacob is experienced in directing, estimating, and managing high complexity paint, repair, and replacement projects in the HOA, Multi-family, Healthcare, National Retail and Industrial segments. He’s personally overseen 500+ projects across 19 different states while managing various teams. Jacob has a strong ability to build long-lasting, fruitful partnerships with clients, vendors, and those he leads. He is OSHA, EPA Lead Renovator, and MEWP certified.
